Orders and returns
For the status of an order or a return within thirty days of delivery, write to info@beond.tv with your order number in the subject line. Returns are accepted on unopened products in their original packaging, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Product concerns
If you have a reaction or any concern about a product, stop using it and write to us right away at info@beond.tv with “Product Concern” in the subject line, or call 805-263-7311. Please include your order number, the product name, and the batch or lot number printed on the packaging if you can find it. If your reaction is severe, seek medical care first.
