Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Coastline Partners, Inc. DBA BEONDTV (“BEONDTV,” “we,” “us”), the owner of Hidden Crest Beauty. They apply to this website, to any connected application, and to every order placed through them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

This site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, you may browse the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and you may not place an order on your own behalf.

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Nothing written here, on the product pages, or in the ritual guides is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Full ingredient lists appear on each product page and on the packaging. Please review them before use, patch test new products, and stop use if irritation occurs.

Photography is styled for editorial presentation. Color, texture, and packaging may differ slightly from what appears on screen, and formulations may be refined from batch to batch.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel an affected order, refunding any amount already charged. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors; we never store full payment card numbers. Orders are placed and paid through our secure Shopify checkout.

Orders are packed and shipped from the United States by our fulfillment partner. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. International orders may incur duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, lip products, sponges, and tools cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Write to info@beond.tv to begin a return.

The Hidden Crest Beauty and BEONDTV names, logos, editorial text, photography, and page design are owned by Coastline Partners, Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Coastline Partners, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier or supplier disruptions, acts of government, or other events of a similar nature.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and BEONDTV each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. This section does not limit any right you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, with an updated date at the top of this page.
